I understand how important health is & taking care of yourself & with obesity being a huge problem in America (especially amongst people of color), it was imperative I took the first steps toward becoming a healthier me. The thought of having a colonic procedure done always terrified me. The staff at Inner Health Care completely changed my mind. How is it possible that you can feel pampered and like you?ve just left the day spa after getting a colonic?! It?s true. Not only is Cece an expert in her field, she goes the extra mile in helping you relax and truly feel like you?re taking care of yourself and getting pampered. My thoughts of doing a colonic was OMG do I really want to, so I started doing my pros & cons as I read more about it it was a must to do thing for me, for my health.
