I understand how important health is & taking care of yourself & with obesity being a huge problem in America (especially amongst people of color), it was imperative I took the first steps toward becoming a healthier me. I am grateful to have met CeCe & the invaluable information she has graciously shared with me. I believe God puts people in our paths for a reason & me meeting CeCe was literally to help save my life & get me on the right, healthier path!

The thought of having a colonic procedure done always terrified me. The staff at Inner Health Care completely changed my mind. They made the environment and procedure more relaxing than I could have possibly imagined. After just one session my stomach is feeling better and I already have more energy. How is it possible that you can feel pampered and like you?ve just left the day spa after getting a colonic?! It?s true. Not only is Cece an expert in her field, she goes the extra mile in helping you relax and truly feel like you?re taking care of yourself and getting pampered. My thoughts of doing a colonic was OMG do I really want to, so I started doing my pros & cons as I read more about it it was a must to do thing for me, for my health.
